Mas Falgara is a 1980s Catalan Mas built in a traditional style, nestled in the foothills of the Pyrénées. The property is situated approximately 5 kms from Banyuls-sur-mer and the Mediterranean Sea.

• The Mas is about 360 m2 on 1.6 ha and spread over 2 levels with an additional large basement housing the laundry.
• There are 3 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and bathtubs; 2 bedrooms have king-size beds and one room has 2 single beds.
• The large combined kitchen and dining room is furnished in the French provincial style and has a fireplace.
• The spacious living room with views of the vineyards and the foothills of the Pyrénées has an oak ceiling and a mezzanine office space. The upstairs bedroom is accessed through the living room’s stairs.
• The large hallway between the kitchen/dining room and the living room accesses 2 bedrooms. There is also an additional toilet.
• The courtyard adjoining the kitchen has a marble table for al fresco meals and a barbecue, fuelled by wood as was traditionally done.
• The Mas welcomes children and babies. There is a high chair and a cot on site, available for parents with babies.
• You will be welcomed with a basket of local produce, which includes a Banyuls liqueur – a delicious apero.
• During your stay, you will be provided with clean linen and hand & bath towels.
• The pool is open from mid/late May to late September.
• The Mas is owned by a Danish/New Zealand couple and managed by Pascale from Banyuls-sur-mer, who welcomes you and ensures all is well.
